Client: Holy Cow
Project: Sales Brochure & Website
Date: April 2005

Holy Cow approached us looking for a brochure and website design for their business. They were working with a women’s collective in India to make children’s nightwear from locally sourced silks and cottons. The materials were totally natural and ethically sourced and the patterns intricate and stylish.

We discussed the look and style of the brochure first and felt that a clean simple style was best and that we really invest the time and effort in the photography. The design was kept very simple and designed to a square format. The print run was quite small initially so it was decided to go digital. Eventually it would be printed on recycled paper with vegetable inks and placed with an environmentally aware print company. At this stage, print volumes didn’t allow for that.

The website echoed the style of the brochure and prominently featured the photography. This approach was highly successful and received a very positive response from customers.
