This is a proposed design for a school prospectus for Manor Green Nursery and Primary School in Denton, Manchester. The design picks up on the school colours. It adds some dynamic and fresh colours into the palette to liven up the layout. There was a mix of stock photography and existing photography used in the final design.

The outer cover is a heavier weight stock and has flaps on inside right back page and a 4 page section stitched in centre. The flaps are required to hold inserts with general information about the school that can be amended easily. The inserts are printed full colour but allow for overprinting in black only either through a printer or a photocopier. The content for the inserts has been created in Microsoft Word and can be amended and output by the school as required.

We are hoping to work on a website for the school in the future. The website will be based around WordPress which means that Teachers, Governors and Parents can add content and update the site easily. It will have a much more community based feel and involve the school much more than the current site.
